Real Estate Acquisition Manager - San Antonio Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is seeking a Real Estate Acquisition Manager based in San Antonio, TX. The role combines strategic sales, negotiation, and acquisition of residential properties.

Location: San Antonio, TX. Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 base + commission. Top performers can exceed $125,000 in total compensation.

Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build rapport and establish trust with home sellers to provide superior client service.

Acquisitions: Directly participate in purchasing homes, making offers based on market trends, and overseeing the transaction process.

Lead Generation & Networking: Cultivate relationships with sellers and local real estate networks; manage leads and follow up to close deals.

Negotiation & Closing: Use strong negotiation skills to create win‑win deals and close transactions promptly.

Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with title, legal, construction, and operations teams; manage and collaborate with junior team members.

Site Visits & Client Meetings: Travel to properties to conduct assessments and meet with clients to discuss property values, repairs, and offers.

Qualifications

Experience: 4–10 years in sales or business development.

Real Estate License: Must possess a license or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

Entrepreneurial Drive: Self‑motivated, results‑driven mentality with the ability to meet clear goals.

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and listening skills; ability to build rapport and close deals.

Time Management & Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Accountability & Integrity: Take ownership of work and results; demonstrate high integrity in all transactions.

Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, digital tools, and technology for effective communication and organization.

Flexibility: Willingness to work during business hours and evenings or weekends as needed.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Travel: 10% or as necessary. The role requires driving to properties and conducting site visits. The incumbent is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle tools, talk, and hear. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, and lifting of up to 20 lbs are involved.
