We are growing fast (two markets, strong recurring revenue), and we need a new sales rep in 2026 to help us build our growth engine.

About The Role We are hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Representative who is energized by fast-paced phone work, warm leads, and helping customers solve real problems. This is not cold-calling. You will handle inbound leads, web inquiries, texts, chats, and outbound follow-up to convert interest into scheduled appointments and new customers. The right person will thrive with structure, accountability, and a clear path to success.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Inbound Sales Answer inbound calls/texts/webforms within 5 minutes Convert inbound leads into evaluations or same-day starts Follow scripts, pricing, and service guidelines

Outbound Sales Work through follow-up sequences Re-engage warm leads and previous quotes Track follow-up progress inside CRM and call system

Scheduling & Coordination Book appointments for Evaluators & service team Fill gaps in the schedule to maximize daily capacity Communicate clearly with field teams

Customer Experience Provide consistent, friendly, professional communication Document all interactions accurately Support customers through every step of onboarding

⭐ Who You Are (Requirements) Must Have 3 years of sales experience (preferably inside sales or call center) Strong verbal communication and phone presence Excellent typing speed & computer proficiency Experience in a service business (preferred: home services, HVAC, plumbing, pest, or similar) Competitive spirit with a team-first mindset Coachable, organized, reliable

Nice to Have Experience using call center systems or CRMs FieldRoutes, CTM, or other service-industry software Bilingual Spanish Strong writing & messaging skills Ability to stay calm under pressure
