Overview We’re seeking a positive, detail‑oriented customer service representative for a rewarding career. Preferred candidates will be bilingual in Spanish with the ability to speak and write Spanish fluently, though this is not a strict requirement. This key position works with customers, the production team, and outside vendors to provide excellent service and project support. Your primary goal is to help drive sales and boost customer satisfaction, ensuring every project is on time and earns a 5‑star review.

Responsibilities

Manage customer interactions and provide service support across multiple channels.

Collaborate with the production team and external vendors to ensure timely project delivery.

Help drive sales by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant offerings.

Maintain order processing and quoting using Printers Plan and related systems.

Utilize Adobe Suite and other tools to support customer requests and documentation.

Qualifications

Customer service experience, preferably in B2B environments.

Proficient with order processing and quoting systems such as Printers Plan.

Experience using Adobe Suite for customer‑facing documentation.

Bilingual Spanish (speaking and writing) is a plus, but not required.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation $18 – $24 per hour.
