About the Role PDS Tech
is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our Clearwater team. In this role, you will confirm and record incoming shipments, prepare items for induction, and assist with loading/unloading trucks. You’ll also manage inter‑departmental material transport and ensure accurate documentation for shipping and receiving activities.
Bonus Opportunity: Up to $3,000 through Bonus Program!
$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance
$1,000 at 60 days
$1,000 at 90 days
Position Details Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Perm
Key Responsibilities
Verify and record receipt of shipments
Prepare items for induction and assist with truck loading/unloading
Report damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping
Complete shipping and receiving reports
Coordinate material transport between departments
Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant experience
Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and industry practices
Ability to work independently and exercise judgment
Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs (without significant repetition)
Comfortable with moderate exposure to machinery and physical risks
