Be the first point of contact for potential residents, guiding them through the rental process with professionalism and care. Handle inquiries, showcase apartments, process applications, and ensure a smooth move‑in experience. Maintain excellent customer service standards, supporting property marketing programs. Assist the Community Manager with day‑to‑day operations and training efforts. Qualifications & Competencies
Education / Background
Customer service experience preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Ability to read, comprehend, and write basic correspondence. Strong verbal communication skills for presenting information to residents and colleagues. Ability to calculate figures such as rent, deposits, discounts, and commissions. Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.
Other Requirements
Knowledge of property rental and leasing procedures preferred. Ability to maintain accurate rental records and documentation. Commitment to excellent customer service.
