What you’ll be doing as a Behavior Therapist
Apply the principles of one‑on‑one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential by following treatment plans and collecting data.
Support the development of children in early childhood through engaging therapeutic activities.
Collaborate with a team to optimize treatment, safety, and a fun working experience throughout the center.
Engage children through play, movement, and imitation, fostering a joyful atmosphere.
Effectively communicate with stakeholders to coordinate activities and advocate for personal needs.
Job Requirements
Lift and move with children; ability to lift up to 30 lbs and keep up with dynamic activities.
Maintain a tidy, organized play space conducive to therapy.
Multitask while ensuring safety for all parties.
Support teams, which may include traveling to neighboring centers.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
At least 18 years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment.
Pay Range
Base: $16.00/hr – $27.00/hr
Associates/High School: $15.50 – $23.50
Bachelors: $16.50 – $25.50
Masters: $17.50 – $27.00

Annual tenure bonus for eligible Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
Fully paid RBT training and no‑cost supervision.
