Your Responsibilities
Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits for their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates to accomplish store goals.
Act with integrity and comply with AEO policies.

You can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
You are available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

You have retail experience, at least 16 years old.
