Digital Print Coordinator / Print Operator
who will ensure high‑quality print jobs and exceptional customer service.
Job Summary Coordinate client intake, manage workflow, operate printing and finishing equipment, maintain detailed logs, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while maintaining a friendly, cooperative attitude.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and monitor email traffic for intake inquiries.
Communicate with clients about job requirements, deadlines, and negotiate parameters.
Organize and prioritize print jobs in the queue to meet client expectations.
Operate and troubleshoot high‑speed digital printers, copy, binding, and finishing equipment.
Execute finishing tasks such as wire‑O, 3‑hole drill, lamination, envelope stuffing, folding, and cutting.
Maintain accurate records and reporting documentation.
Assist with cross‑training and perform additional duties as needed.
Delegate tasks to copy operators, ensuring efficient workload distribution.
Required Qualifications
Previous mail/document preparation or scanning experience.
Ability to work individually or as part of a team.
Strong organizational, administrative and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; customer‑service oriented.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email settings.
Compliance with attendance and physical requirements (lift up to 50 lb, stand/ sit/ walk for extended periods).
High school diploma or GED required.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong customer‑service background and ability to handle demanding clients.
Experience with FIERY software and copy equipment (Konica Minolta, Xerox, Ricoh, etc.).
Ability to run large copy jobs and perform binding tasks.
