Responsibilities:
Motivate to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Focus on the customer to drive business proactively.
Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
Utilize 'More Ways to Shop' and support new technology to enhance sales.
Represent customer experience expectations in store.
Deliver consistent brand-aligned experiences supporting store vision.
Champion RL core values and foster collaborative environment.
Build a clientele through networking and ongoing feedback to management.
Support alternative purchasing options and broaden product discovery methods.
Maintain store standards and provide feedback on category opportunities.
Qualifications:
Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or specialty environments.
Effective communication skills with customers and team.
Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and potential travel.
Ability to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
