Responsibilities include:
Driving daily sales and achieving sales goals.
Focusing on customer needs and supporting company initiatives.
Participating in team training and utilizing new shopping technologies.
Providing a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience.
Supporting a collaborative environment and engaging in networking to build clientele.
Providing feedback to management and supporting various purchasing channels and digital tools.
Maintaining store standards and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
Retail or industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to maneuver around the store, work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and work flexible hours including weekends and possibly overnight shifts.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
