DISCLOSURE - MULTI-EMPLOYER ROLE: This W-2 hourly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position includes responsibilities that span across three affiliated organizations, all under shared leadership. You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization and will receive individual payroll compensation from each entity based on the time worked and services provided for their respective programs. This means you will be an official employee of all three companies, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance obligations tracked separately for each. The role is structured as up to 40 hours per week with allocations across the following programs: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC (approximately 16 hours), Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (approximately 16 hours), and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1723 Gwynns Falls Parkway, LLC (approximately 8 hours). Day-to-day supervision and scheduling will be coordinated centrally, while onboarding, HR, and compliance are managed by each employer in accordance with applicable laws and policies. Note:

This position is based on-site at the supportive housing program located at 1723 Gwynns Falls Parkway, Baltimore, MD 21217. All services are delivered in person at this location. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts and documentation is aligned with program protocols. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable. The assigned caseload consists of eighteen (18) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be serviced at 3310 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD, or in community spaces associated with Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program or Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center locations. Division and Classification

Division: Operations This is a full-time, W-2 employee position totaling 40 hours per week, with allocations across three entities as follows: Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (CWPRP): approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total) Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center LLC: approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total) Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1723 Gwynns Falls Parkway, LLC: approximately 8 hours per week (20% of total) Combined, the assignments constitute a full-time role across the organization network. Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $15.00 per hour and is based on experience, credentials, and budget. Benefits and Travel

Assist supervisor with work-related requests. Collaborate with external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed. Follow regulations of COMAR, CARF, and other regulatory bodies, and participate in onboarding and compliance processes. Maintain a safe environment through training and drills; maintain client confidentiality. Participate in external/internal audits and quality improvement activities. Frequent standing and walking; lifting up to 40 lbs; use of PPE and documentation systems. Licensed residential behavioral health facility with high interaction with residents in crises; multi-disciplinary, compliance-driven environment. Focus #1: Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC)

Classification: Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total). Accountable to: Operations Manager 5 (day shift), Operations Supervisor 5 (night shift), and Registered Peer Supervisor (clinical duties). Accountable for: Providing peer support, medication administration, shift leadership, and residential care in a licensed residential treatment facility in accordance with COMAR and ASAM regulations. Alternate title: Certified Peer Recovery Specialist. Company: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC. Summary: A community-based organization offering integrated behavioral health services. Focus #2: Direct Service (Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program)

Classification: Part-time, approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total). Accountable to: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (Operations Manager 3). Accountable for: Delivering skill-building and community support services per individualized rehabilitation plans and ensuring timely documentation. Alternate titles: Direct Support Professional, PRP Worker, Direct Support Worker. Summary: PRP supports clients with serious mental illness, focusing on life skills, housing, employment, and health care coordination. Focus #3: House Manager (Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 1723 Gwynns Falls Parkway, LLC)

Classification: Part-time, approximately 8 hours per week (20% of total). Accountable to: Operations Manager 5 (Day Shift) and Operations Supervisor 5 (Night Shift). Accountable for: Maintaining a safe, clean, and structured residential environment, securing medications, conducting room checks, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring operations align with program expectations. Alternate title: House Manager. Responsibilities include bed notes coding, medication access control, room checks, maintenance coordination, daily logs, safety drills, lease rule enforcement, and bed service fee protocols. Staff must not collect bed fees directly from clients; payments are routed to Accounts Receivable per lease terms. Position Requirements and Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; for minors, a bachelor’s degree may be required. CPRS – Maryland certification required; CMT credential required; CPR/First Aid certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire). Minimum 1 year in residential behavioral health or related field preferred. Background checks, drug screening, and health screenings required; valid driver’s license preferred. English literacy and communication skills required; ability to read and document in EHRs; willingness to follow PRO and agency standards.
