DISCLOSURE - MULTI-EMPLOYER ROLE: This W-2 hourly Certified Peer Recovery Specialist position includes responsibilities across three affiliated organizations, all under shared leadership. Overview

The role is structured as up to 40 hours per week, with allocations across three affiliated organizations: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC; Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program; and Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue LLC. You will maintain separate W-2 employment relationships with each organization, with hours, responsibilities, and compliance tracked separately for each. Day-to-day supervision and scheduling are coordinated centrally to support integrated care, while each employer manages its own onboarding, HR, and compliance processes as required by law and policy. The role is on-site and requires in-person service delivery at the provided residential program location. Remote work or off-site service delivery is not applicable for this role. Focus Areas

The following focus areas define classification, accountability, and responsibilities for each entity: LBHC (Focus #1) Classification: Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total weekly hours) Accountable to: Registered Peer Supervisor/Operations Manager 3 Accountable for: Providing peer-based support that promotes recovery, documenting services accurately, and modeling recovery principles in alignment with ethical standards and program goals Alternate title: Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Company: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center, LLC CWPRP (Focus #2) Classification: Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 16 hours per week (40% of total weekly hours) Accountable to: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist (Operations Manager 3) Accountable for: Delivering skill-building and community support services per IRP, promoting client independence, and maintaining timely documentation Alternate title: Direct Support Professional Company: Community Wellness Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program LHBHC at 2140 Druid Hill Ave (Focus #3) Classification: Part-time, W-2 employee — approximately 8 hours per week (20% of total weekly hours) Accountable to: Operations Manager 5 (Day Shift) and Operations Supervisor 5 (Night Shift) Accountable for: Maintaining a safe, clean, and structured residential environment, securing medications, conducting room checks and safety drills, coordinating access and maintenance, and ensuring daily operations align with program expectations Alternate title: House Manager Company: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue LLC Note: While each assignment is part-time, the combined total constitutes a 40-hour per week role across the organization network to support integrated care and cross-program collaboration. Responsibilities

General duties and responsibilities

(across all focuses): Assist supervisor with work-related requests Collaborate with external treatment providers and outside agencies as needed, and participate in orientation of new hires Follow regulations COMAR, CARF, and other regulators, and company policies and procedures; participate in audits as directed Maintain client confidentiality and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Contribute to a safe environment through training and drills Client service norms, responsibilities, and documentation are tailored to each focus area as described below. Client Service Location and Caseload

This position is based on-site at Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center at 2140 Druid Hill Avenue LLC. All services are delivered in person at this location. The staff member is expected to be present on-site during scheduled shifts, provide support within the residence, and ensure documentation aligns with program protocols. Remote work is not applicable. The assigned caseload includes twenty-two (22) Category A clients who reside in the community and may be served at various locations as needed. Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits

Work Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (consistent with postings across three entities). Compensation : $15.00 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, credentials, and budget. Anticipated Travel : 5% of the time. There is no additional compensation for travel. Specific Duties by Focus

Focus #1 – LBHC Provide one-on-one peer support; document sessions in the EHR and code as H0038 Facilitate or co-facilitate recovery groups and peer-led workshops; code as H0024 Assist with goal setting, recovery planning, and advocacy Accompany clients to appointments and community services Maintain ethical and recovery-oriented practice; participate in supervision and team meetings Focus #2 – CWPRP Provide skill-building and rehabilitation services per IRP; document accordingly Assist with ADLs and community navigation; document progress Maintain real-time progress notes in EHR and use PRP service codes Complete required documentation and adhere to composition and scheduling protocols Focus #3 – 2140 Druid Hill Ave House Manager responsibilities including medication access, room checks, and safety drills Coordinate maintenance and emergency procedures; ensure lease and house rules adherence Support resident meetings and on-site coordination; document as required Qualifications and Competencies

Education and Training High school diploma or GED required Maryland CPR/First Aid; or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire CPRS credential required; must have personal lived recovery experience Minimum 1 year in behavioral health, social services, or related fields preferred Background check and onboarding, with driver’s license and transportation preferred Skills Empathetic, recovery-oriented, and trauma-informed approach Strong documentation and EHR proficiency Ability to work independently and in a team, with effective communication Additional Information
