Job Overview
The Loan Partner One (LP1) is an Executive/Administrative Assistant who oversees the Loan Officer’s lead, calendar, and database management. The LP1 communicates daily with new leads, active prospects, customers, clients, and business partners to ensure a smooth workflow and strong team chemistry. The role requires professional representation of the Loan Officer and team, with a focus on consistently "wow"ing both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manage the Loan Officer’s calendar and appointments.
Maintain and update the loan database.
Communicate directly with leads and prospects to guide them through the loan process.
Coordinate with customers, clients, and business partners to facilitate timely actions.
Represent the team professionally in all interactions.
Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to support the Loan Officer’s objectives.
