Our gaming floor is smoke-free and offers the cleanest machines in the region. Our staff is known for their friendly and welcoming personalities as we continue to grow rapidly. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Slot Ambassador at First Light Casino in East Taunton, MA. The Slot Ambassador will be responsible for assisting guests with slot machine operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive gaming experience for all patrons. Qualifications
Customer Service and Interpersonal skills Knowledge of slot machine operations a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Previous experience in the casino or hospitality industry is a plus Growth Opportunities for motivated individuals Competitive Salary Seniority level
