Overview We are seeking a

Radiologic Technologist II , internally referred to as our Rad Tech II. Rad Tech II’s focus will be on conducting diagnostic X‑ray procedures and mammography, which involves operating X‑ray equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures for diagnostic purposes. The role is essential in assisting healthcare providers by producing high‑quality images that aid in diagnosing medical conditions and formulating treatment plans for our patients. This position is full‑time.

Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures such as radiography, and other examinations following departmental protocols.

Ensure that X‑ray equipment is functioning properly and that images meet quality standards, performing equipment checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting as needed.

Interact with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and safety during X‑ray examinations.

Maintain accurate records of X‑ray procedures, including patient information, images, and relevant medical history.

Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.

Operate radiographic equipment to produce high‑quality images.

Maintain your Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) accreditation by the American Heart Association (AHA) and maintain your registration status for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.

2. Effective July 1, 2017 appropriate national certifications in two modalities required.

3. Current BCLS (AHA).

4. Must be familiar with state and federal regulations.

5. One year of acute clinical radiography preferred.

6. Proficient computer skills.
