Overview We are seeking a
Radiologic Technologist I , internally referred to as our Radiology Tech I. The Rad Tech I will be conducting diagnostic X‑ray procedures, operating X‑ray equipment to capture images of patients’ internal structures for diagnostic purposes. This role assists healthcare providers by producing high‑quality images that aid in diagnosing medical conditions and forming treatment plans.

Varied shifts – Cross‑Train in CT!

Responsibilities
Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures such as radiography, CT scans, and other examinations following departmental protocols.
Ensure X‑ray equipment is functioning properly and that images meet quality standards, performing equipment checks, calibrations, and troubleshooting as needed.
Interact with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure their comfort and safety during X‑ray examinations.
Maintain accurate records of X‑ray procedures, including patient information, images, and relevant medical history.
Stay updated on advancements in radiologic technology and participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and certification.
Operate radiographic equipment to produce high‑quality images.
Maintain BCLS (AHA) accreditation and register status for the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Qualifications
Licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state.
ARRT‑R is required.
Familiar with state and federal regulations.
Current BCLS (AHA).
At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
Proficient computer skills.
