Location: Altona Missionary Baptist Church, Calvert City, Kentucky
Position: Lead Pastor
Altona Missionary Baptist Church in Calvert City, Kentucky is seeking a Spirit-led and mission-minded Lead Pastor. We are a Southern Baptist church committed to preaching the gospel, making disciples, and serving our community. Our mission is to impact lives for Christ through the transformative power of the Holy Spirit and the truth of God’s Word.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range of $65K-$75K
Health insurance stipend up to $1,800/month
Retirement annuity contribution equal to 5% of salary
Monthly reimbursement for cell service up to $100
Mileage reimbursement at the IRS standard mileage rate
1-4 weeks of paid vacation annually, based on length of service
Qualifications:
A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a calling to pastoral ministry
Strong preaching, teaching, and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively with church staff and leaders
Minimum of five years of pastor experience preferred
