About Us Our Safe Space is a 100% volunteer-run nonprofit based in sunny Tucson, AZ. We host free online workshops, book, and community programs that help people—especially women and LGBTQ+ folks—build confidence, make new connections, and rediscover their spark.
What We Need We’re looking for a savvy, patient volunteer who knows their way around
Google Ads for Nonprofits.
You don’t need to be a full-blown marketing agency—just someone who can help us set up, fine-tune, and manage campaigns that help new people find our free programs.
What You’ll Do
Set up and/or optimize our Google Ad Grants account
Recommend keywords, structure, and strategy to attract new participants and donors
Track performance and share what’s working (we love learning, not jargon!)
Help us stay compliant with Google’s guidelines so we keep the grant active
You’ll Fit Right In If You
Have experience running Google Ads or managing a nonprofit Ad Grants account
Enjoy helping small organizations make a big impact
Can explain things in plain English and don’t mind teaching as you go
Appreciate flexibility, kindness, and doing good work with good people
What’s In It For You A chance to use your skills for something that changes lives—one person, one workshop, one spark of confidence at a time. You’ll join a welcoming team that values humor, heart, and getting things done without the red tape.
