Senior Leasing Representative

Responsible for new business development; researching prospective customers and conducting cold calls
Understands inventory to properly answer / match inquiry calls and available space
Builds good working relationships with brokers and existing customers
Coordinates and leads property tours for prospective customers
Coordinates space planning activities between customers and architects / construction teams
Utilizes proprietary leasing analysis software
Prepares lease proposals and reviews; negotiates lease terms with customers and brokers through execution
Attends customer punch list walk-throughs
Assists in preparation of annual leasing budgets
Actively participates in local Commercial Real Estate organizations (NAIOP, Chamber of Commerce, etc.)
Job Requirements: Excellent and effective organizational and time management skills High interpersonal relationship skills and strong work ethic Strong sales skills Detail-oriented and analytical Excellent written and oral communication skills Computer proficiency Real Estate License or attained within six months of hire
Education / Experience: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business, economics, or marketing Minimum of five years of experience in sales, commercial leasing or property management preferred
This job operates in a professional office environment, as well as throughout a variety of properties. The employee may be exposed to construction sites and various weather conditions.
