Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid) | Pay: $50,000 base + bonuses (expected $100,000+ total) | Job Type: Full-time About the Role: Are you a natural people person who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment? Our fast-growing criminal defense law firm in Nashville is seeking a Law Firm Sales and Intake Specialist to handle inbound client inquiries, guide potential clients through our intake process, and help them take the next step toward representation. This is not a cold-calling role — all leads are inbound. You’ll talk with people who have already reached out for help and guide them toward the legal solutions they need. Compensation & Benefits

Answer and return phone calls, web inquiries, and messages from potential clients Listen with empathy, gather key facts, and determine if the caller is a good fit for our firm Clearly explain our legal services and how we can help Schedule consultations and follow up with leads who haven’t yet signed on Maintain detailed records of all communications in our CRM system Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth client experience Meet and exceed intake and conversion goals Qualifications

Excellent communication and listening skills Prior

sales, intake, or customer service experience

(legal or medical preferred) Inbound sales experience is a strong plus Tech-savvy with CRM and office software Highly organized and detail-oriented Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor Honest and ethical character — essential in this role Passion for helping others and a strong “ownership mindset” Compensation
