Job Description - HR- Placement Specialist (1610105)

Responsibilities
Professionally greets employees and customers via telephone or in person and identifies their specific needs.
Assist with onboarding packet preparation, ensure information is up to date and complete and follow-up to ensure all paperwork is returned and any follow-up questions answered.
Complete I-9 verifications and maintain up to date records.
Submit online applicant investigation requests and assist with new employee background checks.
Provides Administrative Assistance to Director of Human Resources, and HR Manager as requested.
Administers the Employee Identification Badge System.
Administers the record management & scanning of the Employee Personnel.
General Human Resource Department responsibilities.
Qualifications Requirement :
High School Graduate required, Associate Degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a high volume setting required; Human Resource experience highly preferred
