8:00AM-4:30PM. In office M, W, TH, remote Tuesday and Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to support our customers, distributors, and production teams. In this role, you’ll be the key link between the customer and the manufacturing floor—processing orders, communicating lead times, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and emails from customers placing orders or checking production status
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals based on product requirements
Enter, update, and track sales orders in the system with precision
Communicate manufacturing timelines, lead times, and order updates to customers
Send order confirmations and follow up on changes or scheduling adjustments
Coordinate with production, shipping, and management to ensure on-time delivery
Support the team during high-volume periods and assist with additional tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of customer service experience , preferably in manufacturing or distribution
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and confident on the phone
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Bilingual
High School Diploma required
