Systematize as well as respond promptly to a large volume of inbound opportunities and requests originating from multiple sources (web, phone calls, emails, events etc…) Conduct searches and queries in order to research, qualify, and generate sales leads Build and cultivate relationships with prospects by initiating communications Contact new business prospects Maintain accuracy and cleanliness of CRM system Collect and provide relevant market insight from communication with prospects to the marketing team Qualifications
Passion for selling, winning, being challenged and helping people be successful Enthusiastic and self-starting approach Demonstrable record of sales success against quota: commit fully to achieving and exceeding significant daily, weekly and monthly productivity goals Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Strong interpersonal skills Ability to use or quickly learn CRMs, Database management, spreadsheets and other technologies as needed Example of organization, flexibility, and prioritization of tasks Be a collaborative team player working in collaboration with multiple areas across the organization Knowledge about Travel Industry is a plus but not required. Ability to confidently and efficiently manage prospective client relationships by email/phone Required experience Customer Service, Sales CRM LI* AF Primary Location
