About the Role Community Physicians is seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with a strong background in Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. This is a unique role that blends full-cycle recruiting with broad HR generalist responsibilities. You will be the driving force behind attracting and hiring top talent while also serving as a trusted partner to employees and managers on all people-related matters. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (Approx. 50‑60%)
Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and create strategic sourcing plans.
Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interview schedules.
Facilitate debrief meetings with hiring teams and guide them to effective and objective hiring decisions.
Ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, etc.) to continuously improve our hiring strategies.
HR Generalist Functions (Approx. 40‑50%)
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR programs.
Support the performance management cycle, guiding managers on goal setting, feedback, and development plans.
Assist in the development and delivery of employee training and development initiatives (e.g., onboarding, compliance, soft skills).
Help maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee records.
Process HR‑related documentation, including new hire packets, status changes, and separations.
Support employee engagement efforts, including helping to organize company events and culture initiatives.
Assist with administering employee benefits programs and open enrollment.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role with demonstrated, hands‑on talent acquisition experience.
Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for multiple roles simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proactive, self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, ADP) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
