Harrigan's Pub is a fast paced, high volume restaurant at the Jersey Shore. We have immediate openings for experienced Line, Saute, Grill, and Prep cooks. This position is for year round employment, not seasonal. Qualifications

Previous kitchen experience cooking in a full service restaurant. Grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards. Good foundation in kitchen skills, including knife/prep work, sauté, and more. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prepare entrees in a timely manner. Able to work days, nights and weekends. Responsibilities

Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes. Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. Able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds. Application Details
