Overview A Sales Lead plays a dual role within the store, acting as both a Bear Builder and a Floor Leader on Duty during designated shifts. Responsibilities
Bear Builder Role: Provide exceptional guest service by assisting guests in creating their personalized furry friends, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience
Bear Builder Role: Actively engage with guests, demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for our brand
Bear Builder Role: Create a warm and inclusive atmosphere for guests, fostering positive interactions, and guaranteeing that each guest leaves satisfied with their experience
Bear Builder Role: Uphold operational excellence by consistently meeting brand standards and guidelines, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience for all guests
Bear Builder Role: Strong team commitment; be dependable, engaged, and helpful
Floor Leader on Duty Role: Be a role model to others in providing exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable experience
Floor Leader on Duty Role: Guide, support, and direct a team of associates to ensure smooth store operations and the achievement of sales goals
Floor Leader on Duty Role: Model Experience First behaviors
Floor Leader on Duty Role: Work with the management team to address and resolve issues, making effective decisions to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field

Decision-making, judgment, and execution
