Assists the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in managing all aspects of a high-quality, efficient, and profitable kitchen. At least 5 years of experience in a full-service, high-volume, scratch kitchen Experience in and ideally leading an upscale casual restaurant Formal culinary training is a plus Servsafe or Food Handler certification preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for at least 8 hours Maintain a professional and positive attitude as a leader Exemplary cleanliness and sanitation practices Commitment to ongoing training and improvement Computer skills with the ability to learn new applications quickly A passion to excel Additional Information
