About the role
LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of the Adecco Group, is a global leader in temporary and permanent recruitment, specializing in accounting and finance. The Executive Recruiter is responsible for executing the full life cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level professional direct‑hire job orders across a variety of clients. The role partners with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs, analyzes hiring needs, determines the best recruiting methods, and creates and deploys client‑ and role‑specific recruiting strategies.
The role develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and marketing initiatives. It builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline to address client needs and serves as a subject‑matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.
What you'll be doing
Develop client accounts and generate new business through candidate and client leads, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Partner with clients to analyze hiring needs and create client‑ and role‑specific strategic recruiting strategies and marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.
Build and maintain subject‑matter expertise on target industries, clients, and roles.
Screen resumes, conduct behavioral and competency‑based interviews, and perform evaluations.
Provide guidance and negotiate fee agreements with clients; complete corresponding correspondence for each placement.
Nurture continued account development to generate new business.
Tour clients’ offices to gain a full understanding of their goals and objectives.
Generate direct‑hire fees per budgeted goals.
Enter and track assignment and candidate data in tracking and order systems.
Create and execute temporary employee programs.
Build and maintain relationships with both passive and active candidates.
Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through professional and trade associations.
Develop relationships with key clients and business leaders.
Respond to and address candidate, temporary employee, and client inquiries.
Complete hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
About you Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top‑tier, mid‑ to senior‑level candidates or relevant industry experience.
Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years of professional work experience.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ability to identify and resolve problems through creative solutions.
Ability to demonstrate business acumen and market insight.
Knowledge of and ability to interpret employment‑related laws, rules, and regulations.
Knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Knowledge and use of Customer Relationship Management Systems.
