The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; complete all leasing paperwork before move‑in. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals. Perform administrative tasks; manage resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction. Assist in developing resident retention programs and contributing to office upkeep. Market and outreach: implement annual marketing plan, conduct market analysis, and maintain product knowledge. Customer & resident relations: provide excellent customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and enforce community policies. Education / Experience

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Basic computer skills and proficiency with on‑site software functions. Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements

Move about regularly and ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and scaffolding; stand or sit for prolonged periods. Occasionally lift or move objects up to 25 lbs.; operate vehicles or golf carts; work in various environments, including outdoors, tight spaces, and hazardous conditions. Compensation

Salary Range: $16–$20 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses. Full‑time employees receive paid sick days and company holidays. Job Type
