Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Agent
Position is onsite in Columbus, OH, five days per week. 100% commission 1099 role with unlimited earning potential. Real estate license required, can be completed during training. Independent contractor, not eligible for company paid benefits or visa sponsorship. Who You Are

Follow roadmap from mentors and training program autonomously. Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to active investor clients. Collaborate with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals. Contract and advise clients on development and execution of investment strategies. Prepare thoughtful analyses: broker opinions of value (BOV) and market comparables. Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers. Prospect new client relationships and referral sources. Negotiate offers, exclusive listings, purchase and sales agreements. Participate in training and workshops. Research ownership records, market data, industry trends.
