What You Will Do
Follow the roadmap supplied by mentors and our training program in an entrepreneurial, autonomous manner.
Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to active investor clients.
Collaborate with senior agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear pathway to growth.
Contract and advise clients in the development and execution of individualized real‑estate investment strategies.
Prepare thoughtful analyses of client properties, including broker opinions of value and market comparables.
Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers.
Prospect new client relationships and referral sources.
Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements.
Participate in best‑in‑class training and ongoing skills‑development workshops.
Research ownership records, market data, and industry trends.
Attend networking and industry events to connect with professionals.
