Job Title: Automotive Lube Technician
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other fluid checks, to keep vehicles in optimal condition. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Perform oil changes and replace oil filters on various types of vehicles.
Conduct tire rotations and checks for wear and tear.
Check and replenish all automotive fluids, including coolant, transmission, power steering, and brake fluid.
Inspect the engine, air filter, cabin filter, belts, and hoses to ensure they are in good working conditions.
Provide excellent customer service, advising customers on the condition of their vehicle and any necessary repairs or maintenance.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and safety procedures.
Assist other technicians with larger tasks when necessary.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
