Careers - Sales Support Administrator (UK)
HTRI seeks an individual to provide sales and administrative support to the Regional Sales Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This part‑time position is based in our Guildford, Surrey, UK office.
Set up member renewal tasks for sales staff on CRM platform. Maintain and improve use of CRM software for the Global Sales team.
Process requests for membership agreements and product evaluations for prospects and members.
Respond to prospect and customer inquiries by telephone/email.
Coordinate arrangements for exhibitions, conferences, meetings, and training events/activities. Send out marketing material to help attract members and prospects to events.
Prepare agendas and compile information needed by sales staff for meetings and conferences.
Prepare special reports upon request. Use word processing applications to transcribe, format, and edit correspondence, reports, and documents.
Compile invoices requiring payment; input and run register report on Zoho Books platform.
Maintain files, according to predetermined system, and establish new files as needed. Use data management applications for entry and retrieval of information.
Process incoming and outgoing mail. Prepare and send courier service packages.
Maintain inventory of office and marketing supplies; order products as needed.
Qualifications
Five years' experience in professional office environment with increasing responsibilities
Professional experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to assist wherever necessary
Strong aptitude for customer relations
Experience with CRM system
Data input accuracy
Individual must possess authorization to work in the UK without visa sponsorship and to travel in Europe and US without securing a visa.
