Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to large‑scale conferences and social gatherings. This position requires a proactive individual who is passionate about event management and is eager to learn the ins and outs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.

Coordinate logistics related to venues, catering, audiovisual equipment, and decorations.

Maintain up‑to‑date event calendars and timelines to ensure all preparations are on schedule.

Communicate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and oversee their services during events.

Assist in creating event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and promotional materials.

Gather feedback post‑event to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field preferred.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software.

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Experience in event planning or related fields is a plus but not required.
