Generosity Platform Senior Specialist

**Location:** Milano·
Acting as Product Owner for the digital generosity platforms (promotions, rewards, loyalty) of Flutter SEA, for one or more Flutter Group brands (Sisal, PokerStars, Snai, Millipiyango, MDJS)·
At least 3 years of experience in similar roles (platform management, product management or digital project management in online businesses)·
Strong background in project management (including in-depth knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies) and digital platforms, preferably in multi-country or complex organizational contexts·
Ability to use data and metrics to evaluate project progress and identify areas for improvement. Capability to measure and understand the benefits that platforms and projects are bringing to the business·
Ability to combine business – driven approach with a high-level technical perspective·
Excellent stakeholder management, with experience engaging both business and IT teams and managing expectations and proactively resolving issues·
Tools (nice to have): experience with Service Now, familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms, knowledge of CRM or marketing automation tools; exposure to AI-related projects (recommendation systems, automation features, …)·
