Role Description The Legal Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the firm’s billing processes, including invoicing, client billing, and monitoring accounts receivable. This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in North Richland Hills, TX. Daily responsibilities include preparing and processing client invoices, responding to billing inquiries, ensuring accurate billing and payments, and collaborating with attorneys and staff on financial matters. The role also involves maintaining compliance with legal billing guidelines and ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
