Remote HR Representative
Hourly Pay $20 - $28 / hour
Summary We are looking for a dedicated HR Representative to support our HR department in a variety of functions. In this role, you will assist with recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations. Job Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees
Address employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Help with organizing employee training sessions and development programs
Support employee relations initiatives and resolve employee issues or concerns
Assist with payroll administration and benefits processing
Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications Previous experience in an administrative or HR role is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assist employees with various HR-related issues
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in HR
