We are seeking a motivated

Commercial HVAC Account Manager

with experience in HVAC and mechanical systems, and strong existing customer relationships within our four-county service area (Frederick, Carroll, Montgomery, Howard Counties). In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, sell and renew commercial service maintenance contracts, provide service repair estimates, and expand our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Sell commercial service maintenance contracts and renew existing agreements.

Provide accurate service repair estimates for your client portfolio.

Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships with building owners and property managers.

Facilitate the sale of Honest Air services, including HVAC system retrofits.

Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, including multi‑year contracts.

Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and execute strategies to nurture long‑term relationships.

Utilize sales tools to plan, document, and track sales progress.

Achieve yearly sales goals by closing monthly sales.

Address customer operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements.

Recommend solutions that align with customer goals, providing total value solutions and a competitive edge.

Differentiate Honest Air’s services and products from competitors.

Create and propose competitive, high‑quality, and timely estimates, proposals, and cost/benefit analyses.

Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss progress, strategies, and upcoming opportunities.

Uphold and promote Honest Air’s core values.

Participate in office events and contribute to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving background check.

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills to handle customer needs and concerns effectively.

Ability to collaborate and work independently or as part of a team.

Proficient knowledge of utility rebates and tax credits (commercial).

Commercial HVAC experience required.

Ability to commute and work within a 50‑mile radius of Mount Airy, MD 21771.

Base Salary: $65,000 plus commissions (potential earnings $100,000+ based on portfolio growth).
