Responsibilities Responsibilities will be tailored to your strengths and interests, but may include:
Preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships
Conducting tax research and communicating findings to clients and team members
Supporting monthly or quarterly accounting engagements and reconciliations
Building and maintaining financial models and client dashboards
Helping clients understand and act on their numbers—beyond just the forms
Contributing to process improvement, documentation, and automation across the firm
Qualifications We’re seeking candidates who are:
Licensed CPA (U.S.) ,
Enrolled Agent (EA) , or
Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experienced in U.S. accounting and tax, with bonus points for international or cross-border knowledge
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, tech-savvy environment
Proficient with
Intuit tools (QuickBooks Online, ProConnect) ,
Google Workspace , and
Slack
Strong communicators with a knack for simplifying complex topics
Motivated, resourceful, and energized by building and improving systems
