Personal Banker
within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Elizabethtown, KY at the Helmwood branch.
Job Description
Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing.
Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience, including lobby engagement and education on managing financial transactions using technology.
Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss, and participating in branch daily operations.

Work Experience Typical requirements: Associates or equivalent degree and related experience or product knowledge. Typically requires 3+ years experience. A comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Licenses Candidates will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
