Field Sales Representative - South Pennsylvania & West Virginia
Join Reiser as a Field Sales Representative in the Southern Pennsylvania and West Virginia territory. This full‑time role requires a residence within the territory and significant overnight travel.

Job Description As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive sales growth, gross profit, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region. You will work closely with the Field Sales Manager, Regional Sales Vice President, and the service team.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager and Regional Sales Vice President on sales orders, generation, and planning.
Sell capital equipment and machinery in the food processing and/or packaging industry.
Represent Reiser’s products to new and existing customers.
Communicate across all levels, from shop floor staff to executives.
Build and maintain a sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
Share best sales practices with the team.
Participate actively in sales industry associations.
Ensure accurate sales documentation and timely reporting.
Support quotations, product samples, and deliveries.
Collaborate with the field service team for customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
Three or more years of experience selling capital equipment or automated machinery.
Preferred experience in food processing or food packaging capital equipment.
A proactive, enthusiastic, and determined sales leader with a proven track record of success.
Strong service orientation and ability to work closely with the service team.
Excellent communication skills, from shop floor to executive level.
Capacity to travel 50–70% overnight across New Jersey, Delaware, and nearby states (higher rates for out of area).
Undergraduate degree preferred but not required.
Other Work Environments Expected conditions include intense heat, extreme cold, strong odors, and slippery floors.
Physical Demands Stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, talk, hear, and use hands frequently. Reasonable accommodation will be provided to ensure individuals with disabilities can perform essential functions.
