Responsibilities
Gain hands‑on experience from a team of financial professionals helping clients develop a long‑term strategy to achieve their financial goals
Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds
Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six‑month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager
Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements
Recruit and develop your own team
Help grow a sales office
Build a team atmosphere
Qualifications
Goal‑oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career
Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry
Some sales experience is needed
Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus
Coachable
Self‑driven
Highly motivated
Must live in or near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens
