Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $25.00/hr.
Position Summary This role is responsible for ensuring accurate wholesale trade order fulfillment, maintaining facility safety, and delivering excellent member service in a high-volume environment.
Responsibilities
Verify pulled orders for correct quantities and item selection.
Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services.
Fulfill Member wholesale trade orders: review orders, pull items from shelves with correct expiration dates, scan, wrap and palletize items, ensure order and invoice accuracy, secure items until shipment, and follow up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous material handling, steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management.
Provide Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
Operate forklift safely in accordance with Company standards and guidelines: pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
Organize wholesale trade merchandise on pallets, containers, and/or trucks to ensure loads are stacked, mixed, and balanced per Company policies and maintain documentation of the loading process.
Ensure all necessary documentation is signed in accordance with Company policies and procedures and release appropriate documentation to the shipping company.
