We’re hiring a
Filipino Business Development Representative (BDR)
with strong experience in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth. This role is ideal for someone proactive, strategic, and persuasive—someone who thrives on creating new partnerships and turning leads into long‑term clients.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential business opportunities and key industry prospects
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and social media to build connections
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and set up appointments for the sales team
Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to develop effective outreach strategies
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and interactions
Understand the client needs to tailor solutions and value propositions
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified opportunities and conversions
Qualifications
Filipino candidate with at least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role
Proven track record in lead generation, client outreach, and partnership building
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or Pipedrive
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of sales processes, market research, and customer engagement
Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Tech‑savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
Please note: This is a reserve/contractual role – if there are no tasks or projects assigned, you will be placed on hold until needed.
