Position Overview As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will help run
live promotional events
, engage with the public, and support nonprofit partners by increasing awareness and donor participation. You will greet attendees, answer questions, provide program information, and help create an engaging on-site experience.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, energetic
in-person customer service
at events
Represent nonprofit and charity clients during community outreach initiatives
Assist with event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown
Provide accurate program information and help guide attendees
Build rapport with the public to encourage participation and support fundraising goals
Maintain a professional, enthusiastic presence at every event
Work closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations
Track simple attendee interactions for training and quality improvement
Qualifications
Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments
Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn
No experience required — paid training provided
