Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional support to event attendees, donors, and community members
Share information about nonprofit missions, campaigns, and fundraising goals
Assist with customer inquiries, feedback collection, and basic follow-up
Support on-site event teams with attendee engagement and service coordination
Help distribute informational and promotional materials
Maintain a positive, customer-focused presence at events and outreach activities

Qualifications
No prior experience required — paid training provided
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred
