Entry-Level Marketing and Promotions Assistant
to support marketing activities and event outreach efforts. This role is well suited for individuals seeking hands‑on experience in marketing, promotions, and nonprofit outreach while developing transferable professional skills. What You’ll Do:
Assist in the planning and execution of
fundraising events and promotional campaigns Engage with donors and community members at live events to
raise awareness and collect contributions Represent nonprofit partners in a positive, professional manner Help distribute fundraising materials, flyers, and promotional content Support event setup, logistics, and breakdown Track donor engagement and campaign performance metrics Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and results Collaborate with the team to develop
creative outreach and fundraising strategies What We’re Looking For:

no prior fundraising experience required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, nonprofit management, business, or related field
preferred but not required Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with the public in a face‑to‑face setting Organized, dependable, and eager to learn Ability to work in a
