We are seeking a talented and passionate
Sushi Chef
to join our dynamic culinary team. As a Sushi Chef, you\'ll be responsible for preparing and presenting exceptional sushi dishes that go beyond guest expectations. Your expertise in traditional sushi techniques and commitment to culinary excellence will be instrumental in our continued success. Base pay range
$18.00/hr - $30.00/hr Benefits

Follow recipes as per Earls standards while upholding exceptional food preparation. Clean, filet, cut fish, prepare rice and vegetables for flawless execution. Plate and garnish each plate to perfection. Artfully arrange sushi on plates to enhance visual appeal including final touches such as garnishes and sauces to enhance flavor and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation. Ensure all food is stored and prepared according to health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and cost control. Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed while minimizing waste. Create authentic team connections that foster collaboration. Work closely with other kitchen partners to ensure efficient workflow and timely service, train junior chefs and kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques and safety standards. Qualifications
1+ years experience producing high-quality sushi dishes Management experience not required, but is a plus A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun. A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests. A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship. Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: State Specific Food Handlers Card). The ability to legally work in the USA.
