Overview:

Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.

Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time.

Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning.

95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.

Drive within the Eastern 37 states.

Pay and bonus potential:

Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

Weekly performance pay.

$5,000 sign‑on bonus (paid over 12 monthly payments) for experienced drivers.

$2,500 sign‑on bonus (paid over 12 monthly payments) for inexperienced drivers.

Mileage incentive: potential to receive a $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles and goal.

Paid orientation.

Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
