CDL-A – Regional Van Truckload Truck Driver – Home Weekly
Apply to join Schneider as a regional van truckload driver with weekly home time.
Responsibilities
Drive predictable power lanes with high freight volume.
Enjoy consistent freight for maximum drive time and minimal downtime.
Receive dispatches in advance for improved planning.
Handle 95% no‑touch, drop‑and‑hook freight.
Cover Eastern 37 states.
Pay and Bonus Potential Average pay: $875–$1,065 weekly. Mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty and not driving. Weekly performance pay. $5,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. $2,500 sign‑on bonus for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year. Mileage incentive: Potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles run and goal. Paid orientation. Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. Annual bonus: Up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company‑paid CDL training).
